I really hope you are happy with your purchases from KnitBritish.

By law you are entitled to a 14 day cancellation period from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to return your order for any reason you must contact me within the first 14 days. You are responsible for postage and associated costs. Refunds or exchanges shall be made 14 days of my receiving the goods from you, where possible, in their original packaging. Please obtain a proof of posting from your post office when sending goods to me. fr

I post items out on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please be advised that postage is not included in the price of goods. I cannot afford to absorb postage costs to zero or a standard, all postage costs included standard 5-7 working days postage and is untracked. If you are purchasing from overseas you are responsible for any customs charges that your order may incur.
